Paul Dadah

Paul Dadah is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and integrating point-of-sale systems and web applications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Grubhub since March 2019, Paul leads a team focused on Third Party Integrations for major clients such as Dunkin, Baskin Robbins, and 7-Eleven. With a background as a consultant at Dadah Computers since 1999, Paul has designed web apps and implemented point-of-sale applications for the restaurant industry. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at ebb, where Paul contributed to biometric identity management solutions, and Director of Research and Development at Nexus Smart Pay, where performance enhancements in payment solutions were achieved. Other significant positions held include Software Developer and IT Manager at MG Oil Company, where a proprietary credit card system was developed, and President/Owner at Pauly's Sub Co., overseeing a successful restaurant chain.
