Majed Al Azem has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Majed began their career in 2012 as an Operations Analyst at Namshi.com, where they were responsible for checking and receiving shipments, achieving daily targets, and submitting discrepancy reports. Majed later moved on to the role of Senior Operations Analyst, where they managed pending discrepancy queues and coordinated with buying and merchandising teams.

In 2014, Majed transitioned to the role of Manager - Operations at Namshi.com, where they planned inbound areas, tracked shipment volumes, and trained resources on the returns process. Majed then became the Senior Manager - Operations, where they tracked KPIs, monitored and improved performance, and ensured smooth communication and processes between teams.

In 2017, Majed joined Al Tayer Group as a Supply Planner, where they collated reports and insights for the e-commerce business, increased visibility for business heads, and planned workforce schedules for major sales events. Majed later became the Creative Services Operations Manager, responsible for developing strategies and policies, presenting business plans, and forecasting budgets.

Most recently, Majed has been working at Grubtech, starting as an Operations Manager in 2020. In this role, they developed and ran operations workflows, monitored customer feedback, and communicated client issues to product and engineering teams. Majed has since been promoted to Senior Operations Manager, where they oversee day-to-day operations and deployments, identifies operational gaps and risks, and collaborates with teams to deliver solutions.

Throughout their career, Majed has demonstrated a strong focus on operational efficiency, performance tracking, and cross-team collaboration.

Majed Al Azem, MBA, has a strong educational background in business and management. Majed completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management at the American University in Dubai from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at the same institution, attending from 2007 to 2011. It is worth noting that Majed also completed their high school education at Al Shorouq Private School in Dubai, graduating with a High School Degree from 1995 to 2006.
