Benjamin Tschirley

Benjamin Tschirley has held various positions at GRUNDFOS since November 2013, currently serving as the interim Head of the EHS Centre of Excellence and previously as EHS Manager focused on Digitalization, Risk, and Incident Management. Tschirley has led efforts in implementing strategic principles related to health and safety, managed international teams of specialists, and developed standards and training in risk assessment and incident management. Prior roles include Senior EHS Specialist and Health & Safety Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from consultancy and standards development to project management and internal auditing. Tschirley began a career in mechatronics, working in maintenance and automation before transitioning to health and safety consulting. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Hazard Control from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
