Charles Harris

Charles Harris is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the CBS Supply Chain Manager for the Americas at GRUNDFOS since July 2014. In this role, Charles leads a team focused on managing planning master data within the Commercial Building Services division. Charles has held various prominent positions at GRUNDFOS, including Senior Supply Chain Leader for the Water Utility division and interim Senior Director Supply Chain, overseeing global supply chain operations and strategic process standardization across multiple manufacturing sites. Charles's prior experience includes key roles in operations, IT management, and logistics at companies such as iwis, Ditan Distribution LLC, and Golden Books Family Entertainment. Charles holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
