Csilla Czikkely is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as Manager of the Global Learning Design Team at GRUNDFOS since April 2021, after previously holding the title of Team Lead in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at MOL Magyarország as a Learning and Development Partner, Melbourne Business School as a Learning Consultant for Asia, and Leaderonomics as a Learning and Growth Partner. Csilla has proven expertise in diagnosing organizational needs, designing and executing impactful learning solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships across various industries. With a Master's Degree in Management and Organization from Corvinus University of Budapest, Csilla has consistently contributed to strategic learning ambitions and organizational development throughout a diverse career spanning over a decade.
