Debasish Roy

Debasish Roy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Operations for GRUNDFOS in IMEA since April 2021, Debasish leads the operations at the Grundfos India Plant. Prior roles include Head of Kesoram Corporate Manufacturing Services at Birla Tyres Ltd., where Debasish focused on growth and profitability, and Operations Head for Emerson Automation Solutions in the UAE, overseeing two manufacturing sites. Additional experience includes leadership positions at JCB India Ltd., General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and GKN Automotive, where Debasish managed various engineering and manufacturing processes. Debasish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
