Karsten Frilev

Karsten Frilev is an accomplished R&D Director and Head of Digital Solutions at GRUNDFOS since January 2023, previously holding senior roles such as Director of Digital Operations and Architecture and Director of Digital Solution Integration & Architecture within GRUNDFOS Holding A/S from May 2020 to January 2023. With extensive experience in product development, Karsten served as Chief Global Product Development Manager and Department Head at GRUNDFOS from 2013 to 2020. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Inntrasys Aps as CTO and serving as Program Manager at Texas Instruments, with foundational roles at Bosch Telecom and Siemens Mobile. Karsten holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications and a GDBA in Human Resource Management from Aalborg University, along with certifications in project management methodologies including Prince2.
