Mirjam Baijens

Mirjam Baijens currently serves as Executive Vice President and CHRO at GRUNDFOS, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mirjam held several senior positions at Schindler Group, including Global Head of Talent & Development and Head of Human Resources for North and Eastern Europe, from March 2017 to April 2022. Mirjam also worked at Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Amcor Flexibles Americas, holding the title of Vice President of Human Resources & Communications, from October 2011 to February 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Masco Corporation and several roles within HP, including Global Human Resources Director for Sales & Marketing. Mirjam's earlier career involved consulting and training at Bureau Zuidema and project management at AOG School of Management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Management from European University Brussels and a BHA in Marketing from Hotelschool The Hague. Multilingual skills were developed with certifications in French and English language studies.
