Per Pedersen

Global HR Director at GRUNDFOS

Per Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Per began their career at Nordea, where they held various positions such as Branch Director and Management Partner. During this time, they were involved in tasks such as meeting preparation, policy-making, and organizational development. Per later joined Salling Group as Head of HR, where they oversaw a portfolio of hyper markets, department stores, and restaurants. Per then transitioned to Stark as the CHRO, responsible for people and change management strategies and serving as an HR business partner to the CEO. Most recently, they joined GRUNDFOS as the Global HR Director, where they were a member of management teams and oversaw sales, production, finance, and HR in the global HVAC OEM division.

Per Pedersen's education history is as follows:

In 1999, they attended Aalborg University and obtained a BsC degree in Leadership and Organizational development in 2003.

From 2004 to 2006, they studied at Copenhagen Business School and earned a HDR degree in Accounting (Regnskab & Økonomistyring).

Per then pursued an Executive MBA program at Stockholm School of Economics from 2010 to 2013.

In 2022, Per attended IMD for a non-degree program.

Per Pedersen also holds a certification in Saville Consulting Aptitude, which was obtained in 2018 from Saville Consulting Denmark A/S.
