Kaitlyn Poland

Kaitlyn Poland has extensive experience in construction project management, having worked at Grunley Construction Company, Inc. since June 2012, where roles have progressed from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University and interning at both Grunley Construction and STV. Kaitlyn Poland holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a Structural Option and a minor in Architectural Studies from Penn State University, completed in 2012.
