Michalina Czapura

Michalina Czapura possesses extensive experience in recruitment and team coordination, currently serving as LIDER W ZESPOLE REKRUTACJI at Grupa ATERIMA since April 2014. In this role, Michalina oversees the operations of four branches nationwide, managing a team of 13 and handling internal recruitment processes. Previous positions include KOORDYNATOR REGIONU, where Michalina supported and monitored three southern branches, and SAMODZIELNY KONSULTANT DS. REKRUTACJI, focusing on candidate acquisition and recruitment processes.
