Mr. Dariusz Mańko graduated from the Agricultural Academy in Poznań, Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Finance Management at the University of Economics in Katowice and many specialist national and foreign training courses in management, marketing and economics. In the years 1993-1996 he worked at SAPA POLAND belonging to the Swedish SAPA concern, initially as a sales representative, and then as a marketing and development manager. Since 1996, he has been professionally associated with Kęty. In the years 1996-1999 he was the director of the ZML Kęty SA Press Plant. From 1999 to 2005 he was the President of the Management Board and General Director of Aluprof SA. In the years 2000-2005 he was also a Member of the Management Board of Grupa KĘTY SA. From August 3, 2005, he is the President of the Management Board.

Grupa Kety SA is a Poland-based company that is principally engaged in the aluminum industry. The Company's activities are divided into following segments: Extruded Product, Aluminum Systems, Constructional Accessories, Constructional Service, Transport Systems and Flexible Packaging. The Company's offer includes aluminum profiles, components, extrusions, multi-layer packaging made of aluminum foil and polypropylene, polyethylene and polyester films and paper, building fittings and system accessories, and car bodies for utility cars, among others. It also provides assembly of aluminum facades. On May 21, 2014, the Company established new wholly owned subsidiary, Grupa Kety Italia srl.
