Paweł Niedziółka

Mr. Paweł Niedziółka graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in 1998, majoring in Finance and Banking. In 2000, he obtained the title of doctor of economic sciences at the College of Management and Finance of the Warsaw School of Economics, and in 2010, the degree of habilitated doctor. Currently employed at the Institute of Banking of the Warsaw School of Economics as an associate professor, where he is the Head of the Financial Risk Management Department. Member of the Polish Finance and Banking Association, the Financial Sciences Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, winner of the 2nd Prize in the Competition of the President of the National Bank of Poland for the best habilitation thesis and other awards for research and teaching. Author of about 140 scientific publications. Lecturer at undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies. PARP expert on behalf of the Polish Bank Association, speaker at national and international conferences and trainings. Combining work at the Warsaw School of Economics with banking practice, he manages the Structured Finance Team at Bank Millennium SA (previously associated with Credit Lyonnais Bank Polska and Bankgesellschaft Berlin). Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Kęty SA in 2014-2020 and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee in 2017-2020.
