Mr. Piotr Wysocki has a higher technical education. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn and post-graduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice. Before joining Grupa Kęty, he worked in 1996-2000 at Hydro Aluminum Chrzanów Sp. z o. o. belonging to the international Hydro Aluminum concern. He has been working in Grupa Kęty SA since 2000. He started working as a commercial director, then in the years 2002-2008 he was the director of the Extruded Products Segment of Grupa Kęty SA Since 2008, he has been the deputy general director of Grupa Kęty SA At the same time, he is the president of the management board of the subsidiary Aluform Sp. z o. o. He was also the president of Alupol LLC in Ukraine from its registration in 2004 to November 3, 2014. Since then, he has been a member of the Audit Committee of that company. From January 1, 2018, he is a member of the management board of Grupa Kęty SA.

Grupa Kety SA is a Poland-based company that is principally engaged in the aluminum industry. The Company's activities are divided into following segments: Extruded Product, Aluminum Systems, Constructional Accessories, Constructional Service, Transport Systems and Flexible Packaging. The Company's offer includes aluminum profiles, components, extrusions, multi-layer packaging made of aluminum foil and polypropylene, polyethylene and polyester films and paper, building fittings and system accessories, and car bodies for utility cars, among others. It also provides assembly of aluminum facades. On May 21, 2014, the Company established new wholly owned subsidiary, Grupa Kety Italia srl.
