Marek Marzec

Marek Marzec, MBA, currently serves as the CEO of ORLEN Laboratorium S.A. since July 2023 and has been the CEO at LOTOS Lab since January 2019, leading strategic management and R&D activities in petroleum product testing. Significant achievements include enhancing operational security, launching innovative testing installations, and collaborating with various research communities. Prior roles encompass positions such as Head of the Innovation Office at Grupa LOTOS S.A., Director of the Innovation and New Technologies Office at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., and Director of Business Innovation Development at KIC InnoEnergy. Marek Marzec's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk, along with several managerial postgraduate studies.
