Grupa Zywiec SA is a Poland-based brewing company. The Company's principal activities include the production and distribution of beer products. Its offering consists of such brands as Zywiec, Heineken, Desperados, Warka, Tatra, Specjal, Strong, Lezajsk and Krolewskie and a portfolio of specialties, which includes foreign beers, such as Paulaner, Murphy's and Fisher, as well as Polish beers Kaper and Zywiec Porter. Grupa Zywiec SA owns five breweries each in Zywiec, Elblag, Warka, Lezajsk and Cieszyn. In addition, the Company trades and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and runs the Zywiec Brewery Museum. On June 6, 2014, 65.16% stake in the Company's share capital were transferred to Heineken CEE Beteiligungs GmbH.
