Helena Gandaia

Helena Gandaia is currently the Pricing and Business Analytics Manager for the non-life portfolio management at Ageas Portugal Grupo since January 2021. Prior to this role, Helena held the position of Head of Motor Pricing at Ageas from 2018 to January 2021. Previously, Helena worked at Leaseplan as the Deputy Operations Director for Pricing from January 2015 to November 2017. With an extensive background in the insurance industry, Helena also served at AXA from December 2002 to December 2014, holding various roles such as Technical Coordinator for Motor and Household, Transversal Project Manager, and Motor Statistical Analyst. Helena obtained their Master's Degree in Mathematics/Marketing&CRM from Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2007.
