Ivanyra Correia

Ivanyra Correia has extensive experience in financial governance, risk management, and strategic advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving on the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at Grupo Baumgart and as a member of the Stakeholder Advisory Council for the Public Interest Oversight Board beginning in early 2024, Ivanyra has held significant positions including Audit and Risk Committee member at Eletronuclear, Alternative Board Member at INVEPAR, and Board Member at MAPFRE. Previous roles include President of the Fiscal Council at Statkraft and The AES Corporation, as well as serving on the Fiscal Council for Banco Bradesco. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, complemented by specialized programs focused on governance and risk management.
