Diego Benavides Morales

Diego Benavides Morales is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional, currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Grupo Bimbo since November 2021. Prior to this role, Diego worked at IBM from August 2014 to November 2021 as a First Line Manager in Talent Acquisition, overseeing workload assignments and client interactions in LATAM and the US. Diego's tenure at IBM also included a position as Regional Service Manager for Unilever, managing client relations across 15 countries, and various roles focused on payroll and employee data management for Cigna, where responsibilities included change management and handling payroll-related issues. Diego holds an Engineer's degree in electronic engineering, robotics, and mechatronics from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and has foundational education from Liceo Laboratorio Emma Gamboa.
