Tomas Hartmann

Tomas Hartmann serves as the Human Resources Vice President for Latam at McCain Foods since June 2013, overseeing HR operations across multiple Latin American countries, including Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and others. Previously, Hartmann held the position of HR Director for the Dairy Division at Danone from August 2008 to June 2013, managing brands such as Yogurisimo and Activia, and also held an HR Director role for various beverage brands. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Pernod Ricard, overseeing regions in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Molinos Rio de la Plata. Hartmann began a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Human Resources Senior Analyst. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad del Salvador and a program completed at Harvard Business School in 2006.
