Jazmin Alvarado Gonzalez

Jazmin Alvarado Gonzalez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in shared services and finance management. Currently serving as Vice President of Shared Services at Grupo Bimbo, Jazmin has successfully driven the creation of a multifunctional hub supporting North America's Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, and Procurement functions, achieving over $15 million in savings through innovative strategies. Previous roles include Global Director of Customer Experience, Transformation & OpEx, where Jazmin oversaw a large team across multiple countries, and Director of Grupo Bimbo Shared Service Center, where Jazmin expanded the center's capacity significantly. Prior to Grupo Bimbo, Jazmin held key positions at Amway and Procter & Gamble, overseeing global cash management and treasury operations. Jazmin holds a Diplomado in Customer Experience from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Universidad de Costa Rica.
