Rafael Pamias

Rafael Pamias is an experienced executive with a robust background in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President at Grupo Bimbo since August 2017. Prior to this, Rafael held various leadership roles at Danone from 1995 to 2017, including Region General Manager for both the Dairy and Waters divisions in Latin America, where responsibilities encompassed multiple countries such as Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. Rafael's career began at Henkel, where various marketing positions were held from 1987 to 1995. An alumnus of Thunderbird School of Global Management with a master's degree in International Management and Esade with an MBA/BBA, Rafael possesses extensive expertise in operations, marketing, and strategic leadership across several key markets.
