Juliana Neves is a Senior Education and Training Analyst at Grupo Carrefour Brasil since April 2023, with a robust background in instructional design accumulated over nearly a decade at Affero Lab, where Juliana held various roles including Specialist, Pleno, Junior, and Trainee in Instructional Design. Juliana's expertise encompasses the creation of both low and medium complexity educational solutions for online and in-person training, with a focus on developing high-complexity storyboards for courses and learning paths. Proficient in multiple methodologies such as 6Ds, Andragogy, Heutagogy, and Gamification, Juliana engages consultatively with clients to assess needs and understand target audience profiles. Prior experience includes roles at CAEd / UFJF as an evaluator and at MB Distribuidora as a sales assistant. Juliana holds a postgraduate degree in Instructional Design from Senac São Paulo and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Centro de Ensino Superior de Juiz de Fora.
