Lílian Máximo Cruzeiro

Lílian Máximo Cruzeiro is an experienced professional in the field of education and learning design, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Education Analyst at Grupo Carrefour Brasil since October 2022. Lílian specializes in assessing training needs, enhancing employee performance through diagnostics, and developing tailored educational projects.
