Juan Pablo de la Garza Evia

Juan Pablo De La Garza Evia is a Senior Footwear Designer at GRUPO CHARLY since March 2023. Prior to this role, Juan Pablo served as an Assistant Footwear Designer at BBC International LLC, where responsibilities included assisting in the design and development of Lands’ End footwear lines. Previous experiences include collaborations with Snap-on Incorporated and Trane on professional tools and thermostats through SCADpro sponsored courses, as well as a creative design internship with Tom Ford Beauty, focusing on visual merchandising and packaging. Juan Pablo's early career also includes an industrial design internship with Jorge Diego Etienne, where contributions involved designing backpacks and furniture, and participation in the PENSOLE Academy program sponsored by Adidas, which focused on developing sustainable footwear concepts. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Product and Accessory Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and additional training from La Manual Alpargatera.
