Omar Castilla

Omar Castilla is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as an Analista at Grupo Costeño since December 2021. Prior to this role, Omar held the position of Gerente Sistema de Gestión at SCUN MEX, S.A. DE C.V. during May to August 2019, and served in various capacities at Industrias FRIS from November 2014 to April 2019, including Ejecutivo de ventas, Líder de Inocuidad, and Analista de Calidad. Responsibilities included evaluating raw materials and finished products, releasing production areas, validating POES, maintaining the SGIA in compliance with ISO 22000, conducting microbiological analyses, and preparing quality certificates. Omar holds a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Food Engineering from UPIBI- IPN, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
