CHRO at Grupo CRM

Rita Pellegrino is currently the CHRO at Grupo CRM. Prior to this, they served as the Diretora de Gente Mercado Brasil at BRF from July 2019 to March 2022, where they were responsible for HR for Secondary Commercial and Logistics Operations in Brazil. From January 2016 to July 2019, they were the Diretora de Recursos Humanos at TOTVS, responsible for all HR subsystems in Brazil and international operations. Prior to that, they were the Gerente de RH at Itaú Unibanco from April 2004 to December 2014, where they managed the Internal Consultancy of HR for the Itaú-Unibanco Agency Network (a team of 10 people and direct service to 40 executives). Rita was also responsible for the management of the Captation, Movement, Performance Evaluation, Succession, Climate Management, Training and Remuneration strategies of approximately 15 thousand professionals. As a project manager, they oversaw the Migration of Unibanco (20 thousand people - Agency Network) between 2009 and 2010, the Implementation and Consolidation of the Uniclass segment for the entire Itaú network and the Migration of the PJ segment for the Physical Person Network. Rita played an active role in the formation and consolidation of the "new culture" post-merger for Itaú-Unibanco. Rita Pellegrino is an Executive Coach with Erickson Coaching International. Rita has an Executive MBA in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a Pós Graduação em Administração de Recursos Humanos from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado. Rita also has a Bacharelado e Licenciatura in Psicologia from UniFil - Centro Universitário Filadélfia.
