Daiane Sehn

Daiane Sehn has over a decade of experience at Grupo Dass, currently serving as Gerente de RH, Gerente de Melhoria Contínua, and Multiplicadora Lean. In these roles, Daiane has led A3 projects, implemented Lean tools, and facilitated Kaizen projects. Previous positions include Coordenadora de RH, focusing on recruitment and profile analysis, and Coordenadora de Métodos e Processos, overseeing Lean Manufacturing projects. Daiane began as a Cronoanalista, conducting time studies for cost analysis and machine capacity evaluation. Educational accomplishments include a Pós Graduação in Production and Quality, an MBA in People and Process Management, and various training in leadership and communication skills.
