José Marcos Chaves de Melo

Born in March 1963, Director of Supplies and Logistics elected on 05/14/2020 with an expected end of term in one year. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, USA. He started his career at Accenture, where he served for 21 years, 10 of them as a director. He served in particular the oil and electricity sectors. At CPFL Energia, he statutorily served as vice president of the holding and its subsidiaries for 7 years, responsible for the areas of supplies, information technology, processes, quality and shared services. He has been with Energisa for more than two years, as director of integration for Grupo Rede's (PMI) post-acquisition projects and for the assembly of the Energisa Services Center (CSE).
