Mayara Dagostini is a dedicated HR specialist with extensive experience in recruitment, selection, and employee engagement initiatives. Currently serving as an Especialista RH at Grupo Energisa since October 2010, Mayara focuses on the development of policies, workflows, and solutions that enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process. Prior experience includes roles as an Analista de Rh at Telemont Engenharia de Telecomunicações S/A, where responsibilities encompassed psychological evaluations and turnover analysis, and as a Psicóloga at Keeper Recursos Humanos Ltda, managing recruitment and supervising fellow psychologists. Mayara holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco, an MBA in People Management from Centro Educacional Anhaguera - UNAES, and a specialization in People Management: Career, Leadership, and Coaching from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
