Karina Perea

Karina Perea is a professional in UX/UI design with a solid background in user-centered design solutions and project management. Currently serving as the UX/UI Design Manager at Banorte since May 2022, Karina oversees project assignments and fosters user-centered design approaches. Prior experience includes a role as a UX/UI Designer at Banorte, where effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams was key to enhancing user experiences through Design Thinking. Karina began the career as a UX/UI Junior Designer at Interkali from January 2020 to December 2021, focusing on user research and usability testing to inform web product development. Academic credentials include a Licenciatura in Diseño Industrial from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completed in August 2022.
