Julia Caldas

Julia Caldas is an accomplished M&A Consultant at Grupo Fleury since July 2025, having previously served as a Senior M&A Analyst at TOTVS from June 2022 to June 2025, where participation in multiple transactions and analysis of over 800 investment opportunities in technology were key responsibilities. Julia's extensive experience includes all phases of M&A processes, financial analysis, and due diligence management, alongside advisory roles at KPMG as an M&A Junior Consultant and internships in various legal capacities. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and specialized education in Corporate Finance and International Economic Criminal Law, currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
