Kendra Clark

Kendra Clark has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Kendra currently serves as the General Counsel at Grupo Flor, where they provide legal oversight and advice to the company, manages compliance, and builds and manages a legal team. Prior to that, Kendra was the President and CEO of Madrigal Creatives.

Before their current roles, Kendra worked as an Attorney at JRG Attorneys at Law, where they handled multi-million-dollar merger and acquisition transactions and advised clients on various commercial and financial issues. Kendra also negotiated and drafted a wide range of commercial agreements.

Kendra has also held positions at Chiquita, where they were the VP, Associate General Counsel, overseeing procurement, general contracting, and regulatory compliance. Kendra developed form agreements for global use and worked closely with regulatory agencies. At Univar, Kendra served as Corporate Counsel, providing legal representation and advice to business divisions globally.

Earlier in their career, Kendra worked at White PJ as the Counsel, where they served as the first and sole in-house counsel and managed corporate governance and legal operations.
