Adriana Chávez Medellín

Adriana Chávez Medellín is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Payroll & HHRR Projects at WestRock Company, Adriana leads payroll and benefits operations while overseeing the deployment of HIRIS and the future implementation of HR Shared Services Centers across Mexico. A long-term member of GRUPO GONDI since 2007, Adriana has held multiple leadership roles including Gerente Administración Personal y Beneficios and Gerente Sr. Proyectos RRHH Corporativo, where responsibilities included SAP HR project planning and execution. Previous consulting roles at Symnetics, London Consulting Group, and Neoris allowed Adriana to develop strategic frameworks and implement organizational changes across diverse industries in Latin America, while educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Development from Universidad Iberoamericana and an Industrial Engineering bachelor's degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
