Jorge G is an experienced hotel business consultant currently leading an expansion project for TCA Software Solutions in Europe, focusing on the Innsist Property Management System. With a strong background in hotel management, Jorge served as Assistant Hotel Manager at AMResorts, overseeing operational departments and managing a team of 120 employees. As Regional Project Director, responsibilities included assisting the Regional Vice President with financial analysis and implementing quality standards across multiple hotel brands. Prior experience includes roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Marriott Hotels, where operational procedures and front desk management were a focus. Jorge holds a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and additional qualifications in law from various institutions, including the University of Edinburgh and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
