Mayra A. Avila Farka

Mayra A. Avila Farka has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the National Human Resources Director at GRUPO HIDROSINA since April 2021, overseeing more than 200 gas stations and corporate operations in Mexico. Prior to this role, Mayra held the position of National Human Resources Director at GEODIS from February 2011 to February 2021, managing HR functions across all business lines. Mayra began their career at Costco Wholesale as a Human Resources Manager, where work spanned from February 1997 to February 2011. Mayra holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from INESPO (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Anáhuac (1988-1992).
