César A.

César A. has a varied work experience spanning over two decades. César began their career at BELLOTA in 1997 as the Head of Quality Assurance, focusing on achieving ISO9001 certification and coordinating the implementation of documents and processes. César then joined CEMEX in 1998 as part of the Professionals in Development Program, where they rotated through different areas of the company and worked on projects to improve operations and increase sales.

At CEMEX, César took on various roles, including Chief of Projects and Information Analysis for Key Accounts, where they were responsible for managing key client accounts and developing cost-benefit analyses. César also served as a Senior Projects Engineer for CEMEX Infrastructure and Roads, overseeing the supply of ready-mix concrete for major infrastructure projects. Additionally, they worked as the Project Manager of Global Construction Systems, focusing on promoting construction systems using lightweight and ecological materials. César also served as the National Manager of Energy, Hydraulic, Ports, and Airports for CEMEX Infrastructure and Roads, overseeing contracts with federal government units.

In 2013, César joined Desarrollo Inmobiliario Enlace S.A. de C.V. as an Operations Manager, overseeing real estate development projects and winning a contract with Bancomer bank to remodel a branch in the State of Mexico. César then joined GRUPO GORSA in 2014 as the Deputy Director for Ready Mix Concrete & Building Materials, where they managed turnkey projects and implemented commercial strategies.

In 2016, César worked as a Business Developer for Grupo ITISA before joining Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe S.A.B. de C.V in 2017 as the Deputy Project Director.

César A. attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Industrial and Systems Engineering. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the same institution and pursued Business Administration in Construction Management. In 2016, they enrolled at Universidad La Salle, A.C. to obtain a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management, which is currently in progress.
