Oscar Moya Lara has extensive experience in safety, hygiene, and environmental management within the logistics and maritime sectors. Currently serving as Superintendente de Seguridad, Higiene y Ecología at Grupo IDESA Terminal Maritima Excellence Sea & Land Logistics since April 2014, Oscar is responsible for regulatory compliance with multiple agencies and for implementing safety training programs. Prior roles include Responsable de SSPA at Bureau Veritas, where Oscar focused on industrial safety and environmental protection, and Supervisor de Operaciones at Vopak, managing bulk liquid operations. Oscar also served as Gerente de Proyecto at SGS, conducting environmental risk assessments. Oscar holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Veracruz.
