Emerson Wilson Branco has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Director at Grupo Jacto since November 2016, focusing on people development and organizational culture. As the CEO and Founder of 4Result Gestão & Pessoas, Emerson specializes in people management and business management models aimed at fostering growth and sustainability. Previous roles include Director of Sustainability and Social Responsibility at Instituto Theodora Isolde Odebrecht, CHRO at Grupo H. Carlos Schneider, and Head of HR at Amanco. Emerson also founded Branco Consultoria Empresarial, providing strategic HR consultancy to various medium and large-sized companies. Emerson holds two MBAs in Strategic People Management and Business Management from Universidade da Região de Joinville.
