Fernando Fantoni

Fernando Fantoni has over a decade of experience in human resources, primarily at Grupo Jacto, where roles have included Coordinator of HR for various engagement and operational journeys, HR Business Partner for corporate areas, and Specialist in HR organizational development. Key responsibilities have involved managing HR projects, overseeing benefits processes, and implementing SAP HCM systems internationally. Prior experience includes positions focused on international operations and human resources at Interman Thailand, as well as earlier roles in HR and as a swimming instructor. Fernando holds an MBA in Strategic People Management from FGV and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Univem.
