Samuel Licorio Leiva is a UX Analyst at Jacto Group, with experience in problem solving through user experience research, Design Thinking, prototyping, and usability testing since April 2019. Samuel has a strong background in software development, having held various trainee positions where Samuel focused on mobile development using the Ionic Framework, back-end development with ASP.NET Core and REST APIs, and database management with SQL databases. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Technology of Information from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and extensions in Systems and Communications Technology.
