Daniel Rey

Daniel Rey has extensive experience in the culinary field, serving as Chef Ejecutivo at Grupo L since August 2003 and previously at Servicios Compass de Argentina S.A. until November 2023. Earlier roles include Line Cook at Restaurante Azul Profundo (2000-2001) and various positions as Pasante at ESCOLA HOTEL BELLATERRA SL and Masia Sant Gugat in 1999. Daniel Rey also gained experience as Local Manager at Chungo and as Encargado de área at McDonald's Corporation from 1996 to 1998. Academic qualifications include a Professional Gastronomic degree from IAG and several specialized courses at Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia, covering street food, mini patisserie, and Mediterranean cuisine.
