Maria Suero

Maria Suero has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Directora de Gestion de las Personas at Andreani Grupo Logístico since October 2018, and previously held the role of Gerente de Talento y Desarrollo Organizacional. Prior to this, Maria worked at MS Estudio - Consultora Recursos Humanos from January 2001 to September 2018, focusing on personnel selection processes, capacity evaluation, and talent mapping based on Dr. Elliot Jaques' methodology. Earlier roles include Gerente Area Empleos, Educación & Desarrollo at Acindar from 1994 to 2000 and responsible for the Programa Jóvenes Profesionales at Grupo Techint from 1992 to 1994. Maria holds degrees from IAE Business School (Seminario Organización de Empresas), UADE (Lic. Recursos Humanos), and the University of Buenos Aires (Posgrado en Selección de Personal).
