Daniele Larangeira

Daniele Larangeira has been serving as Diretora de Desenvolvimento Humano Organizacional at GRUPO LPJ since October 2017, overseeing the implementation of the 4C Program within the HR department and managing various aspects of human resources such as strategic planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, and managerial reporting, with a focus on quality of life initiatives. Previously, Daniele held the position of Gestora de Recursos e Demandas, responsible for candidate sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and training program design and delivery. Daniele holds a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional from Faculdade FEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva.
