Juan Carlos Rodo

Juan Carlos Rodo has worked in the hospitality industry since 2001. Juan Carlos began their career as an Operations Manager at Hilton Worldwide, then moved to Best Western in 2005 as a General Manager. In 2010, they joined Zhongmao Haiyue Hotel & Hebei Grand Hotel Executive Apartments as an Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms, where they were in charge of the successful day to day operations of a world class 5-star Hotel. In 2013, they moved to Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas as an Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms, and then in 2014 they joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Director of Rooms. Since 2016, they have been with Grupo Marta Hospitality, where they have held the roles of Vice President Operations, Managing Director Hotels Division, and General Manager.

Juan Carlos Rodo completed a Master degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to this, they obtained a BS in International Hospitality Management from Florida International University between 1997 and 2001.
