Douglas Medrisch

Douglas Medrisch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Douglas is currently the Head of Energy Business at Grupo MASMOVIL, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Professor in the Master in Energy Business program at Club Español de la Energía starting from May 2013. Douglas also worked at Capital Energy as the Operating Business Director throughout 2021. Before joining Capital Energy, Douglas held multiple roles at Repsol, including Retail Business Director (Power & Gas), Director of Residential, SME & B2B Business Unit, Head of Residential & SME Business Unit, and Head of Marketing. Douglas'stime at Repsol began in September 2010 and lasted until January 2021.

Douglas Medrisch started their career at McKinsey & Company in June 2005 as a Senior Engagement Manager, where they led client relationships and consultant teams in various industries across Europe. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Economic Analyst at the Strategic Rail Authority (UK) from October 2003 to June 2005. Douglas also served as an Economic Analyst at The Railway Consultancy Ltd. (UK) from May 2002 to September 2003. Douglas'searly career includes a role as a Research Analyst at Investment Bankers & Consulting Partners from May 2001 to January 2002.

Douglas Medrisch holds a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the same institution from 1996 to 2000. In 2015, Douglas attended La Salle International Graduate School to pursue a program in Digital Strategy for Senior Management.
