Its subsidiaries are Grupo Ferroviario Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., Ferrocarril Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., Ferrosur, S. A. de C. V., Intermodal Mexico, S.A. de C.V., and Texas Pacifico, LP, Inc.
