Jairo Pirca is a professional with extensive experience in project supervision, design engineering, and research in the field of mechatronics. Currently serving as a Project Supervisor at Grupo Minero Bonanza since October 2019, Jairo is responsible for the design and management of milling projects. Prior roles include Design Engineer at Robocon Servicios S.A.C, a research thesis investigator focused on brain-computer interfaces at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and an automation intern at Tencorp, where contributions were made to optimal controller research for mining projects. Jairo holds a degree in Mechatronic Engineering and additional qualifications in project management and maintenance engineering, having completed a high-level specialization program at TECSUP and a diploma in international project management at ESAN Graduate School of Business.
