Alaercio Nicoletti Junior has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Alaercio started their career in 1996 at Honda Automóveis do Brasil as an Engineer Leader of Quality, where they gained valuable experience in the automotive sector until 1998.

From there, they moved on to Valeo Electrical Systems, where they served as a Logistics and Quality Supervisor until 2003. During this time, they honed their skills in logistics and quality management.

Alaercio then joined CNH (Case New Holland - FIAT Group) in 2003 as a Logistics Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, where they contributed to improving the company's efficiency and productivity.

In 2004, Alaercio joined Werkema Consultores as a Lean Six Sigma Master Consultant, working on various projects to implement lean management techniques and drive continuous improvement.

In 2010, Alaercio took on the position of Chief Operating Officer at Blue Tree Hotels, where they were responsible for overseeing the hotel chain's operations.

In 2011, they joined Grupo Petrópolis as the Head of Sustainability, Continuous Improvement, and Open Innovation, where they continue to contribute their expertise in driving sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Their most recent work experience is at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, where they serve as an Assistant Professor, a role they have held since 2019.

Finally, they completed their highest level of education, a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering, from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba from 2015 to 2018.
