Daniel King

Daniel King has held various roles in their work experience. DANIEL started their career as a Web Developer at GENERAL AIR SERVICES s.a in 2008 and was responsible for maintaining and developing a flight reporting system using PHP. DANIEL also worked on a flight search engine project using PHP and MySQL.

In 2011, Daniel moved on to Trilogy Dominicana, S.A. / VIVA as a Developer Consultant.

Starting in 2012, they joined Grupo Ramos, where they held multiple roles. As a SAP Business Warehouse Architect, they built data architecture and models for analytical solutions related to sales, purchases, and inventories reporting systems. DANIEL also developed solutions on SAP BW and BO for category managers.

Later, they became an Information Solutions Leader, where they designed and managed IT solutions to meet the business needs of stakeholders. This included leading projects such as customer segmentation and the development of algorithms based on RFM.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of CRM and Analytics at Grupo Ramos, where they utilize their expertise in customer relationship management and analytics.

Daniel King completed a Diplomado in Modelo de Negocios at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2013. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2008, they obtained a degree in Ingeniero de Sistemas from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
